MANAGE
Overview
Simbio MANAGE takes the validated data from all operators and personnel activities thoruhgout the shift, bringing it seamlessly in front of the acocuntable person, for example the mining shift supervisor. They review and approve or edit (with full audit trails) the mining data. They review compliance to pre-work inspections, resolve hazards and assess QA and accuracy of production activities.
Once the data has been validated, MANAGE has an extensive suite of functionality to analyse, process and draw insights from your data and be consumed by downstream activities, systems and personnel. It stores all of your mining history, enabling you to review operator activities form months before to assist in incident review, imports third party data streams such as load scan or weight results. The ability to import multiple comparison budgets or plans provides an apples for apples comparison against your plan, forecast or LOM model.

Live Shift Summary
- Logic embedded for tuck and loader bucket and truck matching to minimise phantom loads
- Check boxes appear when data needs to be validated or confirmed
- Data can be edited if incorrect
- Embedded audit trail ensures when data is edited, original values can be reviewed, identifying who was the user that amended the data
